What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so should you receive something that doesn't work for you, please return your item(s) within 10 days (from the date you received your package) for a full refund minus any shipping charges.  You must pay shipping cost to return package back to us and we would recommend sending with delivery confirmation as we can not be responsible for lost packages.

Are there any items that aren't available for a refund?
All sales are final on sale items and jewelry.  Additionally, we only accept items for return that are in new, unwashed, unworn condition and in the same condition as when they were received.

Why is your return policy for your website different than your retail store?
Since customers have the opportunity to come in and try things on before purchasing in our retail store, we only issue store credit in our store.  We offer full refunds when items are purchased on our website since there is no way to be certain of the fit when buying online.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?
We do our best to ship out within 3-5 days and then we ask that you allow 7 days for delivery through USPS.  You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order ships out.

Can I order online and pick up in your store?
We no longer offer store pick-up.

Do you ship outside of the US?
At this time, we only ship within the US.  If a order is placed with a non-US address, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

Do you have all of the website items available in your retail store?
No...some items are exclusive to our website.  Also, not all items that are available in our retail store will be on our website.  Inventory is separate for each.
