We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so should you receive something that doesn't fit, please follow the instructions below.
Mail your item back to us at the address shown on label. Include your invoice with item stating why you are returning. We would suggest purchasing delivery confirmation when mailing back to us - we cannot be responsible for packages not received.
- Returns MUST reach us within ten days (from the date you received your package).
- We will not accept returns after the ten day time frame. Packages will be denied.
- You will receive a full refund to the card you used to place the order, minus the cost of shipping if applicable. If you want to exchange an item for a different size, you will need to place another order.
- If there is a mistake with your order, we must be notified within 3 days. Items still need to be mailed back (if doing so) within the ten day time frame.
- Items must be in original, new, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached. All sales are final on jewelry (or other items with rhinestones) and discounted items. Items will be denied for return if they smell of cigarette smoke, have other odors or have pet hair on them.
- You must pay shipping to return item(s) to us.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IN OUR RETAIL STORE FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ON OUR WEBSITE. THEY MUST BE MAILED BACK TO US.
Please understand that we sell out of things fairly quickly in our store. This is the reason for the short window on returns.
We ship out within 3-5 days of order being placed. If you need an item quickly, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to accommodate you. All items are sent using USPS, so please allow 7 days, after order is shipped, to reach you. We do not ship outside of the US at this time. We are NOT able to cancel orders once they have been placed.
